How an engagement runs

From evidence to verified growth, in four stages.

Clear enough for a team to follow, rigorous enough to support real decisions. Select a stage.

Find what is actually limiting growth.

I review Search Console, analytics, site structure, crawl data, and technical signals before recommending anything. After an algorithm drop, that means tracing losses to specific updates.

  • Search Console and GA4 analysis
  • Technical and crawl audit
  • Competitive and entity gap analysis
  • Prioritized action plan
Questions

Common questions before we start.

Do you work remotely with international clients?

Yes. I’m based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and work remotely. My clients have been in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and South Africa, and I’m used to async work across time zones.

Do you only advise, or do you also implement?

Both. I can own the strategy, coordinate the execution, build the supporting systems, and report the outcome—from the first audit to sustained growth.

Which platforms and CMSs have you worked on?

WordPress, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Webflow, and custom CMS environments.

Can you help after a Google update or penalty?

Yes. I recover sites from algorithm drops and manual penalties through backlink audits, toxic-link disavow, content-quality improvement, and E-E-A-T restructuring. See Case 05 and Case 01.

Do you work on AI search visibility?

Yes. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), generative AI visibility (GEO), llms.txt, schema, and tracking how a brand appears in AI-generated answers are part of my regular work.

How do you report progress?

Through automated Looker Studio dashboards connected to GA4 and Search Console, plus weekly or monthly reporting that explains what changed, why, and what comes next.

Can you share the names of past clients?

No. Client work is confidential, so the case studies are anonymized. The verticals, approaches, and Search Console figures are real.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the symptom—traffic drop, new launch, messy site, slow reporting—and I will tell you where I would start.
